Thursday, May 17, 2007 \| 11:48 PM \| Top Date: *06 May '07* Day: *Sunday* Location: *Istana Park* (Douby Ghaut MRT) Who: *with papa & mama* Purpose: *Watch the parade* (once a month) Result: *[Pix & Video]* video: Parade_01 video: Parade_02 Date: *11 May '07* Outsource *accountant* was here.. looking through system & hard copies of Invoices, making sure none is missing or extra.. suay suay, she discovered quite a few invoices missing (3rd, 5th & 7th April de). asked me, to my surprise, even DOs de hardcopies oso missing.. gosh~~ but system captured it being issued leh.. where are they...?? she then went to ask my BOSS.. BOSS questioned me back.. asked me to recall and asked, "Did you issue invoice before getting back the DOs, but not printing them out?!" i explained "my principal is only issue invoices after receiving the acknowledged DOs." BOSS was like "don't think tat way, there's a possibility of you issuing before getting.." wad sia!!~ i remembered there was once, i passed the invoices & DOs to my BOSS to sign, and BOSS forgot to pass it back to me till i asked for it.. to think of tat, i tink there's a higher possibility of her not returning the signed copies to me.. so i asked her, "is it still wid you..?" then BOSS insisted "cannot be, if it's in my drawer, when i open my drawer, confirm will pass back to me no matter when.." BOSS asked me back again, "could it be you file in the wrong folder?!" please lor, can i identify them mah.. invoices & DOs are coloured, whereas other documents are in white.. so, told her "cannot be!!" next, she asked "is it in your drawers??" i said "checked already, don't have..!" BOSS obviously don't believe me.. BOSS double checked my drawers lor, even the drawers in next table, hoping i misplaced them.. At the same time, i was praying "Gong gong, ni hui bao you wo de hor?!" (something like tat) BOSS couldn't find anything in both my drawers & the next table's. Back to her office, BOSS then tried search through her drawers too. Finally!! Found them!! the DOs & invoices dropped to the back, as in behind the drawers. this situation happens when drawers are too full.. then BOSS told me, "i'm so happy when i found it." i replied, "anyone would be happy de lor.." BOSS did apologise to me. i told her she needs to tidy it le. at the very beginning when i get to know that DOs & invoices were missing, I felt guilt. almost cried lor. even thought will I get sacked before probation ends.. even thought of quitting this job. if they are not found, the company will lost 10K de lor.. responsibility so big.. BOSS was like keep telling me, "it's your responsibility to know where your invoices & DOs are." Solution: column one: date of DO - beside the date, is the driver's name.. column two: DO No. column three: tick when driver returns DO to me. column four: tick when i issued invoices. column five: tick when BOSS returned them back to me for filing and postage.
